Bayern Munich attacking midfielder Xherdan Shaqiri is back on Liverpool's radar.
The Sunday Express says Shaqiri is wanted at Liverpool after they were outbid by Chelsea for FC Basle winger Mohamed Salah.
The 22-year-old has seen opportunities limited at Bayern, such has been the exceptional form of Arjen Robben and Ballon d'Or runner-up Franck Ribery.
A bid from Liverpool in the region of £17 million could be enough to capture Shaqiri's services.
