Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal has joined Bayer Leverkusen.

The right-back has signed a five-year deal with the German giants after deciding to leave Madrid to gain more first-team experience.

The Spanish champions do however also have a buy-back clause in force on the 20-year-old for the next two seasons.
