Bayer Leverkusen are closing on a deal for Chelsea winger Kevin de Bruyne.
The Mirror says De Bruyne's agent has discussed a £12.5million January move to Bayer Leverkusen with the midfielder's current club, Chelsea.
Belgium international De Bruyne has also been linked with a return to Germany - where he was on loan last year with Werder Bremen - with another Bundesliga side, Schalke.
