Bayer Leverkusen executive Michael Schade is confident keeping hold of Lars Bender.
The Germany international has been linked this week with Arsenal and Barcelona ahead of the January market.
Schade said: "I would be worried if no player of our club would ever be linked with a bigger club.
"We do not have any intention of changing our squad at this point in time. No one from Barcelona has been calling me about this."
