Bayer Leverkusen are a step closer to selling Andre Schurrle.
Chelsea are locked in talks with Bayer for the Germany international.
It's emerged Bayer are now in advanced talks to sign Benfica winger Nico Gaitan, who would arrive as a direct replacement for Schurrle.
