West Ham are closing on a deal for Bayer Leverkusen striker Javier Hernandez.
Chicharito has been linked with a potential £13million move to West Ham and, with just a year left on his contract, Leverkusen sporting director Rudi Voller has admitted the Mexican may be allowed to leave.
"He's interesting to many parties because of his quality," Voller told Frankfurter Allgemeinen Zeitung. "We often receive enquiries.
"We can wait a little. Something can happen later on."
Hernandez enjoyed an explosive first season in German football, finding the net 26 times in all competitions following his departure from Manchester United, before finding things a little tougher in year two.
