Bayer Leverkusen chief Rudi Voeller cannot rule out losing Rene Adler in the summer.

The goalkeeper has been linked with boyhood idols Manchester United.

"As a child, Rene Adler was a fan of Manchester United," Voeller told Sport 1. "For him there is a release clause for Manchester United.

"We want to keep him in our club and have had good talks.

"But even if he goes, we will go on at Leverkusen."
