Bayer Leverkusen chiefs accept they will eventually lose Leon Bailey.
The 21 year-old, just this week, revealed he had offers from Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea before signing for Bayer.
Club chiefs Rudi Voeller and Jonas Boldt has met with Bailey's stepfather, Craig Butler, in recent days to discuss the winger's situation.
Boldt revealed: "The conversation was good.
"We all know that Leon will eventually go. But we have made it clear that a winter change is out of the question.
"He also knows that he has our backing."
