Liverpool defender Dan Agger is set to be sold in January.
The Telegraph says Agger has not had the easiest of times adapting to Roy Hodgson's regime, seemingly intimating that the 63-year-old preferred central defenders not to pass the ball out from the back and admitting this week that, should the Liverpool manager wish to sell him, he would hope he was "man enough" to inform him in person.
The Danish international has struggled with injury for much of his Anfield career - though he does hope to return from a calf problem for the Boxing Day fixture with Blackpool - but a number of German clubs, including Bayer Leverkusen, harbour an interest in his services.
