German Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen have confirmed that they will travel to South Korea at the end of the current season.

Die Werkself will spend part of the summer preparing for the 2014/15 season in the South Korean capital of Seoul with a July 28 departure date confirmed.

Bayer will take on FC Seoul two days later, in a match yet to be officially confirmed, before heading to Helsinki to take on Scottish giants Celtic.

Leverkusen have plenty of links to South Korea as it is the home of star forward Son Heung-min and young loan striker Ryu Seung-woo while major sponsor LG is a South Korean company.
