Tottenham defender Sebastien Bassong admits he could leave this month.

The Cameroon defender has found himself behind Ledley King, William Gallas, Michael Dawson and Younes Kabul, and has made only five appearances - just one as a start - in the Barclays Premier League this season as a result.

"Whether I stay or I go, we must find a solution," he told L'Equipe. "I need to play.

"The manager and the chairman, they understand my position. But football is a business."
