FC Basle have offered Portsmouth defender Sol Campbell a three-year contract.

Campbell becomes a free agent this summer and will weigh up interest from other clubs before making a decision on his future.

Wolves, newly promoted to the Premier League, have also made an enquiry about Campbell but were put off by the 34-year-old's personal terms, says the Daily Mail.
