Olympique Marseille midfielder Joey Barton has clashed with a teammate in training this week.

The bust-up led to Barton and Kassim Abdallah exchanging verbal volleys, with the latter ending it with: "Do not talk like that in front of everyone."

Marseille coach Elie Baup was forced to intervene and calm Barton, who, Foot Mercato reports, appeared set to storm out of the session.
