Josep Maria Bartomeu has seen off Joan Laporta's challenge to retain the Barcelona presidency.
Bartomeu, 52, stepped up to replace Sandro Rosell as president in January 2014 and oversaw Barca's Primera Division, Champions League and Copa del Rey treble in the 2014-15 season.
Figures published on the Catalan club's official website revealed Bartomeu had polled 54.63 per cent of the vote while former president Laporta, who left the role in 2010, polled 33.03 per cent.
Agusti Benedito (7.16 per cent) was third and Toni Freixa took 3.7 per cent of the vote.
