Barcelona vice-president Josep Maria Bartomeu has defender Tata Martino's team after back-to-back defeats.
Bartomeu believes that the criticism of the team after the two recent defeats is unwarranted.
"It is a little surprising that there is so much criticism when the team is doing so well," he said, before also defending Martino.
"He has told us that he is delighted to be here and wants to stay. He asked us whether it's normal to receive so much criticism with such good results. But he wants to stay on." He concluded: "This team will keep improving; there is no end of an era."
