Barnsley have signed Norwich City youngster Korey Smith.

Smith, who turns 21 next week, captained the Canaries' youth side at just about every level since joining the Norfolk outfit as a youngster - making his professional bow in April 2009.

The midfielder has joined Barnsley on a month's loan.
