Barnsley boss Robins pleased with Chelsea prospect Mellis after goal scoring performance

Barnsley boss Mark Robins was happy to see Jacob Mellis score in defeat to Leicester City.

The Chelsea midfield prospect signed for Barnsley on-loan last week.

Robins told the club's website: "Jacob Mellis had to come off with a dead leg which forced my hand again.

"For Jacob it was a really good goal with a top finish. I thought we deserved more as we were in it for more than an hour, even longer, but we faded away towards the end of the game."
