Dutch legend Edgar Davids says he's influenced by the Premier League's big two managerial greats as he joins the coaching staff of little Barnet.
Davids is a huge fan of Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger and Manchester United chief Alex Ferguson and admires the way they both develop young players.
He said: "Wenger is good at that. He knows how to time young players, to give them games, to rest them. I think he has mastered it and the same goes for Sir Alex Ferguson too.
"I look at some English teams and know they have talent but they're not being developed.
"I think it's so important to help players mature and to integrate the youth system in England.
"There's a lot of talent coming to and from League Two. It's a very physical league.
"We've a lot of work to do but I will do my best."
