Giles Barnes insists West Bromwich Albion will not go down.
A bright start to the current campaign boded well for Roberto Di Matteo's men, with a top-five standing achieved at one stage.
Unfortunately, the wheels have fallen off since then, with four defeats in five seeing West Brom tumble down the table.
They now sit just two points above the drop zone, but wing wizard Barnes is convinced that the Baggies can steer clear of trouble, starting on Saturday when they go to Everton.
"We are not just hungry for success, we are starving," he said.
"We don't want to get relegated and we are here to show we can play in this league and that's what we are going to do.
"We are going out in the next game and we will be all over Everton and looking for a win - nothing else.
"We are here to stay in this league and here to fight in this league."
