Bari midfielder Massimo Donati says there's no doubt that former club AC Milan are in crisis.

"They may be in crisis, but they remain Milan and have very important players. We have to focus on doing well and relying on what we do best," said Donati ahead of today's game.

"I am happy here, have settled into the squad and assimilated with the style of football. Now I know what the Coach wants and sometimes it all goes perfectly, others less so, such as against Cagliari."
