Barcelona midfielder Xavi has rapped Real Madrid defender Pepe for his dismissal at Getafe this week.
"I don't know what was going through his mind," Xavi said. "Player must lead by example - especially those who play for Barca or Real Madrid.
"It's a shame what happened."
