Barcelona will be reluctant sellers if David Villa makes the move to Arsenal this week.Punto Pelota says while Villa wants the deal to happen, Barca management are against the sale in midseason.
Arsenal are willing to go to £12 million for the World Cup, who has found himself on the outer of coach Tito Vilanova's plans.
If a deal cannot be struck before Thursday's transfer deadline, Arsenal will return to Barca in June for Villa.
