Barcelona defender Gerard Pique has taken a swipe at Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho. Pique was reacting to Mourinho's comments about Barca teammate Lionel Messi not deserving to win the Ballon d'Or.

"I don't care what is said, even from Madrid, Messi is never in doubt," said Pique.

"Mourinho made an unfortunate comment, but he has not been a player and he doesn't understand players."
