Barcelona ace Lionel Messi regards Liverpool as the team to beat in this season's Champions League.
The Argentina international says if Barca "are to win the Champions League" they will have see off "Liverpool, who are our strongest rivals".
"They have great players like (Steven) Gerrard and (Javier) Mascherano," said Messi.
