Barcelona midfielder Alex Hleb has launched a stunning attack on England boss Fabio Capello.
He said Capello's approach was nonsensical and described as absurd his bans on mobile phone conversations, computer games and meals in restaurants.
Talking to Belarus' Segodnia newspaper in Minsk, ex-Arsenal star Hleb said: "I believe all that is wrong. Nothing can be achieved with restrictions and bans.
"The players come to the national team for pleasure among other things. The most important thing is the atmosphere in the team.
"But it seems that in the English team there's some kind of communism going on with all his banning this and banning that.
"For example, he says their breakfast is not from 8 till 9 am but strictly 8.15! It's all nonsense."
