Barcelona striker Thierry Henry has heaped praise on former Arsenal teammate William Gallas.

Henry has been friends with Gallas since they were teenagers so he knows how tough it has been for him to win back the Emirates fans after his Arsenal year from hell.

Henry told the official Arsenal magazine: "William Gallas is a man. I don't know many players who would be able to turn around the situation like he has. It speaks volumes about him.

"He is very honest, maybe too honest sometimes."
