Barcelona striker Eidur Gudjohnsen isn't interested in a move to Aston Villa, says Dad, Arnor.

"I have seen some speculation about Eidur and Aston Villa, but I don't think he was very keen on that," Gudjohnsen Snr told skysports.com. "I think if he was to return to England he would prefer to go to London or Manchester rather than Birmingham.

"There are a few clubs interested, but there is nothing serious at the moment.

"I think he will leave Barcelona and he is keeping his options open at present."

West Ham are among Premiership clubs keen on Gudjohnsen.
