Barcelona fullback Daniel Alves has dismissed talk of losing Andres Iniesta and Lionel Messi to Real Madrid. The midfield pair have been linked with the project Real presidential candidate Florentino Perez is putting together.
But Alves said: "These players (Iniesta and Messi) mean a lot to this club and I'm of the view that it would be a grave mistake to make a big change from Barcelona to Real Madrid."
On his own future, the Brazilian added: "I am very happy here. If it was up to me, I would like to retire here."
