Barcelona have dismissed claims of an offer for Chelsea midfielder Willian.

It's been reported in England that Barca had a £50m bid for the Brazil international turned down by Chelsea.

However, Barca insiders have told Sport no offer has been made.

The LaLiga champs insist they do not need a player of Willian's type, with his position well covered.

Manchester United, meanwhile, remain interested in the midfielder.
