Barcelona are prepared to wait 12 months to sign Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann.

The France international is being considered at Barca as a replacement for Neymar, now of PSG.

Barca have made enquiries over the past week, but have pulled back with Atletico referring them to the player's €200m buyout clause.

Griezmann's current deal, however, will see his buyout clause fall to €100m next summer.

And Barca are prepared to wait until then to move for the player, which will also keep intact their relationship with Atletico, where president Enrique Cerezo had been assured the Catalans wouldn't move for the Frenchman this summer.
