Barcelona are ready to sell Yerry Mina this summer.
The Colombia defender has attracted interest from West Ham and Tottenham in recent weeks.
Marca says Barca are planning to bring forward the arrival of Brazilian midfielder Arthur from Gremio, who agreed a deal with the club in March to sign in January 2019.
Barca now want him to arrive this summer, meaning that they would have too many non-EU players in their squad and so would need to lose one.
Mina - who is with Colombia at the World Cup and was also linked with Liverpool last month - would be the lost likely to depart, especially if Barca press ahead with their plans to sign Sevilla's French defender Clement Lenglet.
