Barcelona are determined to bring Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas back home. The Daily Star says the Spanish giants have made the 21-year-old midfielder their No.1 target for next summer. However, after a board meeting earlier this week, Barca are ready to start the process of trying to lure the Gunners hero to the Nou Camp immediately, undermining Arsene Wenger's team.
A Barca club source said last night: "His departure for England has been completely forgotten.
"Pique returned to Barcelona and now we want Fabregas back.
"Barcelona know that he loves the club and they will do whatever they can to use the emotional ties he has with Barca to get him to return.
"It will take a lot of money, but he will be the No.1 priority.''
Barca are prepared to pay more than £30m, which would probably not be enough for the Gunners, but sporting director Txiki Beguiristain has told coach Pep Guardiola that they will pay what it takes to sign him.
