Barcelona are willing to use Ousmane Dembele as a makeweight in a deal for Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann.

Barca know they can sign Griezmann this summer for his €100m buyout clause, but are keen to drive down the cash price.

Atletico coach Diego Simeone has let it be known he's interested in Dembele and a swap proposal has been suggested. Barca are open to a deal, though have insisted they'd even be prepared to send Dembele on-loan to Atletico for next season.

Atletico would demand a permanent option in the transfer. They followed Dembele when he was with Rennes, though allowed him to move to Borussia Dortmund for €14m. A year later he was being sold to Barca for €140m.
