Barcelona are slapping in a bid for Benfica fullback Nelson Semedo.

Fed-up with the hesitation of Hector Bellerin, Barca are turning away from the Arsenal defender to focus on Semedo.

Don Balon says Barca are offering €40 million for the Portuguese - which meets the valuation of Benfica president Luiz Felipe Vieira.

Bellerin remains Barca's first choice and they're banking on their offer for Semedo to force the Spaniard's hand.

Barca are pushing Bellerin to force a move from his end, something he so far has been reluctant to do.
