Groningen coach Ron Jans says Ajax striker Luiz Suarez is ready to make the "step up" to the Spanish Liga.
The Uruguay international has Barcelona and Valencia monitoring him this month, while he declared ambitions to play for Real Madrid only last week.
Jans said: "I hope we can watch him for a long time on Dutch pitches. But he certainly now is ready for a step up."
