Barcelona are ready to sell Ibrahim Afellay - with the Premier League the most likely destination. El Mundo Deportivo says Barca need to sell the Dutchman to have enough cash to win the race for Athletic Bilbao midfielder Javi Martinez.
Martinez is Barca's No1 choice to replace Seydou Keita, now of Dalian Aerbin, but the outlay needed to land Valencia fullback Jordi Alba means they must sell to land the Spain international.
Afellay recently rejected a €7 million move to Lille, but would welcome a switch to England.
Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool are all keen on the midfielder.
Reds boss Brendan Rodgers sees Afellay as an alternative to Gylfi Sigurdsson, who snubbed Anfield for Spurs. Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas still needs to add creativity to his squad with the futures of Luka Modric and Rafael van der Vaart both in doubt.
And at Arsenal, chief scout Steve Rowley is a long-term fan of Afellay's and has recommended him to manager Arsene Wenger.
