Barcelona are launching a bid for Liverpool defender Dan Agger.

The Mirror says Barcelona have targeted ­Liverpool's Agger to beef up their defence.

But The Reds may be ­reluctant to let the Dane go.

Agger has played more than 200 games for Liverpool since arriving from in 2005.
