Chelsea face stiff competition for Ajax fullback Gregory van der Wiel.

Blues football chief Frank Arnesen confirmed their interest in Van der Wiel earlier this month and admitted they could move for the youngster in June.

However, De Telegraaf says Barcelona are prepared to splash out €20 million to bring Van der Wiel to Spain.

Barca's move suggests they're preparing to lose Daniel Alves, who is also a target for Chelsea and Manchester City.
