Athletic Bilbao coach Ernesto Valverde is ready to make a definitive decision over his future.

Valverde has been linked with the Barcelona job.

Sport says the future will become clearer in the next 15 days when the Athletic Club coach will tell the club if he plans to extend his stay at San Mames with his contract expiring.

There are no clues about what could happen, although Valverde may have already decided what he will do and now just has to communicate his plans to the Basque club's president, Josu Urrutia.

An announcement is likely to be made before Easter in order to put an end to the rumours of recent weeks. And Barça are closely following events as they look to take a decision on who will replace Luis Enrique.
