Barcelona have taken a major hit on their latest shirt deal with Qatar Airways.

AS says Barca chiefs were seeking at least €65 million for the one-year agreement, but it's been confirmed the deal is for the "existing €35 million".

When you consider the kit sponsorships of their European rivals, it means a heavy loss for Barca's marketing department.

Top of the earners is Manchester United with €98 million (€70m for shirt sponsors Chevrolet and €28m for training kit sponsors Aon). Chelsea (65), Bayern (50) and Arsenal (40) are the next four biggest deals.

In Barca's case, it means they're a massive €63 million away from the summit for kit deals in today's game.
