Barcelona striker David Villa says he's delighted with his goal scoring comeback for Spain - but insists his recovery is not yet complete.
Villa struck in victory over Saudi Arabia.
"I feel good. I'm finally feeling normal after such a long time ... I'm being named to the team, I'm available to play, and I'm getting some minutes on the pitch," said Villa during today's press conference. The Spanish forward also noted that he's "very eager to help the team achieve success this year.
"I need more time. I've been recovering for months, almost eight months without competing, getting back to form requires time. I have to be patient, because I won't be able help anyone if I rush things now. Everything I've lost so far [in reference to last season] won't be won back no matter how hard I work."
