Barcelona striker Ousmane Dembele has suffered a fresh injury setback.
Dembele has suffered a fibrillar rupture to his left thigh, a separate injury to the one which kept him out from September to January. He is expected to miss 3-4 weeks.
He replaced Paulinho in the 20th minute of the second half in the recent LaLiga match with Real Sociedad; however he left the pitch complaining of discomfort in the hamstring that had previously been injured.
It is yet another setback for a player who was the club's record signing until Philippe Coutinho's arrival, he has played just four games since signing for the Catalan giants.
