Samuel Eto'o was delighted with his goal in Barcelona's superb Champions League success last night.

"The truth is that it was a great play by the entire team, then the ball came to me and I was able to do what I'm paid for, finish," said Eto'o.

"The goal came at the most important moment

"These are things in life, but up there is a just God. I've been denied many goals. But this one has come at the most important moment because it has allowed us to get on top. I am happy because the team deserves it."

Eto'o added: "I want to dedicate the title to Spain, my family, my parents, this team that deserves it all, and this sport which is so great."
