Barcelona have struck personal terms with Arsenal midfielder Alex Song, it has been revealed.

Sport says Barca have already reached agreement over a contract with the Cameroon international and intend to negotiate a fee with Arsenal this week.

It's claimed no quick agreement is expected, instead intermediaries believe talks will run into next week.

Arsenal rate Song at around £16 million.
