Barcelona star Lionel Messi admits coach Pep Guardiola's departure "shocked" him.
Messi says he was "shocked and saddened" by Guardiola's decision to leave Barcelona.
"We had a wonderful time for four years, winning many titles," said Messi.
On Guardiola's replacement, Tito Vilanova, he added: "It won't be easy for him. Pep won everything. The coach is very important in these achievements."
