Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi shrugged off his five-goal performance in victory over Bayer Leverkusen.

Messi was again outstanding last night in the Champions League.

"The important thing is that we have qualified for the quarterfinals," said Messi.

"I'm very happy. It's the first time I've done this (five goals) in my career."
