Barcelona star Lionel Messi says he's a fan of Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney and Arsenal's Robin van Persie. Speaking to BBC Sport, he has admitted there are a number of players in England who he admires.

He said: "There are several quality players in the Premier League like Kun Aguero, who is my friend. I really like how he plays.

"Rooney (and) Van Persie are playing really well - they are great players."
