Barcelona star Cesc Fabregas feels the English football culture is better for managers compared to Spain.

Cesc left Arsenal for Barca last summer.

"In Spain there is 1,000 times more pressure on the manager," he told The Sun.

"In England the fans will give the boss time and remember what he has done in the years before. In Spain they don't even remember what you have done last week. It's crazy."
