Barcelona sports chief Robert demands action for 'clapping' Sergio Ramos

Barcelona sports chief Robert Fernandez has called for action to be taken against Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos.

Sent off for a late lunge on Leo Messi, Ramos was seen clapping as he walked away after being shown the red card. Most believe the defender aimed his sarcasm at Gerard Pique, but Robert isn't so sure.

After Barca's win, he said: "The expulsion is very fair.

"I do not know who he will have applauded, we will have to ask him, the Committee should take note of this situation, because it is very similar to Neymar."

Neymar missed the win after being handed an extra game's ban for sarcastically applauding match officials after his dismissal against Malaga.
