El Mundo Deportivo says Moreno could head to Barcelona as a replacement for Adriano.
Adriano has been linked heavily with a move to Serie A side Roma in recent weeks, and the Catalan giants could look to the Premier League for a replacement.
Moreno could become available with Liverpool now in talks with PSG for Lucas Digne.
